Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer interactions through phone and chat.
- Identify customer needs and convert interactions into sales opportunities.
- Recommend relevant Microsoft products, hardware, and software solutions based on customer requirements.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, and available solutions.
- Handle customer objections and effectively close sales.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling of relevant products and services.
- Schedule and conduct customer follow-ups when required.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM/sales tools.
- Capture and communicate customer and business feedback to relevant teams.
- Meet assigned sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.

Requirements
- Ideally 2+ years of sales/telesales experience.
- Solid sales orientation and customer-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Typing speed of approximately 55 WPM in English or equivalent local language.
- Good understanding of:
- Applications
- CRM/sales tools
- Microsoft products
- Hardware solutions
- Primary operating systems
- Consumer customer experience is preferred.
- Experience with 3C products (consumer electronics/technology products) is an advantage.
- Ability to understand customer requirements, recommend appropriate solutions, handle objections, and drive sales conversion.

Notice period : Immediate to 15-30 days ONLY.

Candidates serving Notice period will be preferred.

Please note - There should not be Career Gap more than 6 months(No Career Break)

Graduation score should be 60% & above

BGV (Background Verification)is mandatory.
