The Opportunity

Sales is about people and opportunities. Sales operations is about making sure the entire engine works smoothly.

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will work with data, processes, reporting, CRM and cross-functional coordination to support sales performance.

What You’ll Work On
- Develop sales reports and dashboards.




- Maintain CRM data accuracy.
- Coordinate between sales, marketing, operations and finance teams.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs.
- Analyse sales data and identify process improvements.

What We’re Looking For
- Sales operations or business operations experience.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- CRM experience.
- Strong attention to data and process.

Preferred qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, Management, Analytics or a related field. MBA is preferred.
