Role Description
The Interior Design Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for planning and designing interior spaces for TripCiti offices, customer areas, and experience centers, ensuring they align with brand aesthetics and functional needs. Day-to-day tasks include developing design concepts, preparing layouts, selecting furniture and finishes, coordinating FF&E; specifications, and collaborating with vendors and contractors to oversee implementation.



The specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, present design proposals, manage project timelines, and ensure adherence to budget and safety standards.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional, visually appealing environments.
- Experience with Furniture selection and FF&E; (fixtures, furnishings, and equipment) specification and coordination.
- Strong Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Relevant educational background in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in an on-site, team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic understanding of building codes and safety standards.
