For Our Leading MNC Client - Building Material Industry

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Sales Manager to drive project business and manage key customers in the assigned geography.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Must have experience in the Building Material Industry
- Paints industry experience will be preferred
- Proven experience in Project Sales / Institutional Sales
- Team handling experience is mandatory
- Candidates should have strong knowledge of the same / current geography
- Solid network with Architects, Contractors, Builders, Developers & Project Customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and project business
- Result-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive project sales and business development in the assigned geography
- Lead,



manage and develop the sales team
- Develop relationships with key builders, contractors, architects and project stakeholders
- Identify and convert new project opportunities
- Manage existing key accounts and strengthen market presence
- Track project pipelines, sales targets and business performance
- Ensure achievement of revenue and profitability objectives
