About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads and be capable of generating quality leads/conversions while optimizing campaign performance.

The role will focus on campaign execution, optimization, analytics, lead generation, and achieving measurable marketing results. Similar Hyderabad roles commonly emphasize hands-on Google/Meta campaign management, conversion tracking, reporting, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage lead-generation, traffic, conversion, remarketing, and sales campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, conversion rate, and ROAS.




- Optimize campaigns to reduce acquisition costs and improve lead quality.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage daily campaign budgets and allocate spending to high-performing campaigns.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify campaign issues and take corrective actions quickly.
- Coordinate with the Graphic Design and Content teams for high-performing ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Good understanding of CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and ROI.
