Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Software Developer with 4 - 6 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong backend development experience in Java, hands-on exposure to AWS cloud services, and a good understanding of practical AI/ML workflows or integrations. You will work on building scalable APIs and optimizing backend services for performance and reliability.

We're looking for the best people, and we weigh interpersonal skills just as heavily as technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop,



and implement high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications and architecture
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs and backend services using Java
- Implement and optimize data models and queries for AWS DocumentDB (MongoDB-compatible)
- Utilize AWS services to deploy and manage backend solutions
- Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards, and maintain code quality, performance, and security
- Implement unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in production
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, debug applications, and optimize existing systems
- Research and present current technologies and methodologies to enhance productivity and software quality, staying ahead of industry trends

Required Skills & Experience
- 4-6 years of strong development experience in Java
