Role & responsibilities
- Support on various PMO activities, mainly to Project Managers on systems (such as SAP, reporting, PBCRs etc.)
- Administrative support on project management tools & systems.
- Worked on SAP for project management process.
- Experience in data handling for the preparation of various reports.
- Preparation for various KPI and dashboards.
- Gain knowledge and provide trainings on PMO tools and process.
- Support project managers in managing budget in SAP.
- Knowledge of Sales process.
- Learning MAHLE project management process.
- Handle IATF internal audits, customer audits & customer portals for documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
- BE (Mech/Auto/ Electronics/ Electrical) degree.
- SAP PM Module, Data handling
- 3-5 years relevant experience.
- Advance Excel Certification / Power App/ Power BI skills/ IATF 16949 awareness will be added advantage
- Required Skills: Communication, fully conversant in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint), Analysis & Problem-solving skills
- Industry Preference: Automotive Engineering Services,



Manufacturing background
- Having knowledge of automotive manufacturing and IATF 16949.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization time-management abilities.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of project management process and methodology.
- Know-how of product Lifecycle Management
- Strong computer skills, including MS office Tools like, Strong Excel knowledge and data management skill, PPT, SAP.
- Solid communication skills: (written and verbal) to effectively convey information to stakeholders and team members. Fluent written and spoken English.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills: to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
