Preferred candidate profile
- 1-2 years of experience in learning operations, training coordination, LMS administration, scheduling, customer support, reporting, or similar operational workplace.
- Knowledge of LMS, reporting, and ticketing platforms preferred. Client-specific systems can be learned through structured training.




- 3-4 years of relevant experience in learning administration, LMS operations, virtual/classroom session logistics, learner support, SCORM testing, reporting, SLA adherence, stakeholder coordination, and quality checks. Experience in ticket handling, learning content validation activities, calendar planning support, vendor and instructor coordination, and operational reporting preferred. Exposure to SCORM testing preferred where applicable.
- Hands-on experience with LMS and ticketing platforms preferred. Knowledge of platforms such as Workday Learning, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, ServiceNow, or equivalent solutions preferred. Ability to learn client-specific platforms through structured training.
- Education qualification in B.COM/BBA/BBM/M.COM/MBA.
- Candidates should be able to work in UK/US shifts as required by the account.
