Role Description
The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day online store operations, including product listings, pricing, inventory checks, and promotions across e-commerce platforms. The specialist monitors website and marketplace performance, analyzes sales and traffic data, and recommends actions to improve conversion, average order value, and customer retention.



Daily tasks include coordinating with customer service for order issues, ensuring accurate product content and images, supporting campaign execution with the marketing team, and maintaining compliance with platform policies. The role also involves responding to queries from marketplace partners, tracking competition, and contributing to the overall growth strategy for TheFitFuel’s online business.
