HR Executive
Position: HR Executive
Industry: Manufacturing preferable
Key Requirement
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in Statutory Compliance is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing/industrial HR will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of labour laws, statutory registers, returns and compliance requirements will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily HR operations and employee relations.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll support and HR documentation.
- Ensure PF, ESI, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity and labour law compliance.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate training and HR activities.
- Maintain HR records, statutory registers and reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
