Job Purpose
The Construction Coordinator / Assistant Construction Manager supports the Construction Manager in coordinating, monitoring, and controlling site construction activities to ensure secure, timely, and quality project execution. The role acts as the focal point for construction follow-up, interface management, workfront readiness, contractor coordination, and progress monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Construction Manager in the day-to-day management and supervision of construction activities.




- Monitor construction progress against project schedules and identify potential delays and constraints.
- Coordinate construction activities between contractors, engineering, procurement, commissioning, and quality teams.
- Monitor Workfront readiness, ensuring availability of drawings, materials, equipment, permits, and manpower before work commencement.
- Identify and escalate construction risks, bottlenecks, and interface issues affecting project execution.
- Track and follow up on open actions, site observations, NCRs, and punch-list items to ensure timely closure.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Support coordination of civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and infrastructure construction activities.
- Monitor contractor productivity and resource deployment and highlight areas requiring improvement.
