Accountant – Zoho Books

Location: Kadavanthra, Kochi
Qualification: Graduation Mandatory | B.Com Preferred
Experience: 1–2+ years of hands-on Zoho Books experience
Salary: Up to ₹25,000/month

Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience using Zoho Books is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation.
- Should have hands-on experience in invoicing, purchase/sales entries, bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance and accounting operations.
- Good understanding of GST filing, TDS calculations and basic tax compliance.
- Candidates with only Zoho Books certification/training and no practical work experience will NOT be considered.
- Positive communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities using Zoho Books.
- Maintain sales, purchase, expense and payment records.
- Handle GST and TDS-related accounting activities.




- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist with tax-related documentation and compliance.
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting entries.

Important: This is a hands-on accounting role. Zoho Books practical work experience is mandatory; certification alone is not sufficient.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kadavanthara, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
