Summary

We are seeking a Recruiter to support endtoend hiring for multiple business units. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordination, and driving timely closures.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for junior to midlevel roles.
- Manage interview coordination with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain hiring trackers, candidate pipelines, and status updates.
- Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely communication.
- Support offer rollout, documentation, and preonboarding formalities.

Requirements
- 6 months- 2 years of recruitment experience (corporate or consultancy).
- Solid sourcing skills across portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc).
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple positions with quick turnaround.

Contract Details
- 6–12 month contract (extendable)
