Job Title: Fresher Project Coordinator

*Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office ONLY)*

Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and driven Fresher Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience to launch their career in project management, gain hands-on industry exposure, and work closely with senior project leads, developers, and clients in a rapid-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines and deliverables.
- Follow up daily with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, design) on task progress and action items.
- Identify, document, and report project risks, bottlenecks, or scope creep to project leads.
- Prepare and maintain clear project documentation, including Minutes of Meeting (MoMs), status reports, and task boards.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Sprint planning).




- Hands-on exposure to bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar tools).
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for maintaining project metrics, schedules, and trackers.
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and modern IT workflows.
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients.
- Eagerness to learn modern project management methodologies, tools, and execution processes.
- High attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and proactive mindset.

Eligibility & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or pursuing final year in BBA, MBA, BCA, B.Tech/B.E., IT, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of project coordination, task tracking, and PM fundamentals.
