Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries.
- Prepare and verify invoices, quotations and supporting documents.
- Manage GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Monitor receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required accounting documents.




- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualification & Skills
- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of Tally / BUSY Accounting Software and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS and basic taxation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, payroll and statutory compliance will be preferred.

Salary

₹[10,000 to 20,000] per month, depending on qualification, experience and skills.
