Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and manage the overall sales function of the company.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in reputed or professionally managed organizations, with strong experience in handling sales teams, achieving challenging targets, and driving business growth.

This is a senior, target-driven position requiring strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure business environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the company's sales performance and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plans.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and monitor performance.
- Track sales KPIs, conversion rates, lead follow-ups, and team productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.




- Ensure effective lead generation, follow-up, conversion, and customer acquisition.
- Analyze sales performance and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide performance updates to senior management.
- Build a performance-driven and accountable sales culture.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve overall business objectives.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Sales Management.
- Previous experience in a reputed, established, or professionally managed organization is preferred.
- Proven experience in target-driven and high-pressure sales environments.
- Strong experience in sales team management and target achievement.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Solid leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
