Role Overview

eClerx is hiring Technical Sourcers with robust hands-on experience in technical candidate sourcing, talent identification, and recruitment platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise
- Hands-on experience in technical sourcing for IT/technology roles.
- Expertise in Boolean Search and X-Ray Search.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other job portals.
- Ability to identify and engage active and passive candidates.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Conduct candidate screening and profile evaluation against job requirements.
- Strong candidate engagement, follow-up, and sourcing skills.

Candidate Profile




- 1–3 years of experience in technical sourcing/recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technical skill sets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
