ACCOUNTANT / ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Location: Sachin GIDC, Surat, Gujarat

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities at our plant location in Sachin GIDC.

Freshers with a relevant Accounting / Finance course or qualification are welcome to apply. Candidates should have a good understanding of basic accounting concepts and be willing to learn and handle day-to-day plant accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the plant.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle purchase and sales entries, invoices, receipts and payment records.
- Maintain and verify accounting documentation and supporting bills.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank, cash and ledger-related entries and reconciliation.
- Maintain vendor and customer account records.




- Assist in preparing regular accounting reports and statements.
- Verify invoices, bills and other financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting and payment-related requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of plant expenses and transactions.
- Assist senior accounts personnel with month-end closing and other accounting activities.
- Ensure accounting records are updated accurately and on time.

Requirements
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance / equivalent qualification preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates who have completed an Accounting / Tally / GST / Finance-related course can also apply.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally / ERP / accounting software will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, ledger and bank reconciliation is preferred.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
