We are looking for a Creative Executive Social Media who is passionate about content, trends, and storytelling. The role will be responsible for developing fresh social-first ideas, planning content calendars, creating mood boards for shoots and bringing creative concepts to life across our brands.

Valuable creative instinct with the ability to turn a brief into a compelling content idea.

Strong visual sense and ability to create mood boards/references. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

2–4 years of experience in social media, creative, content or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, trends and social-first storytelling.

Create and manage monthly social media content calendars for Lotus Herbals & Lotus Makeup, ensuring a strong mix of formats, trends, campaigns and brand-led content.





Working with different teams to put creativity into action Develop creative concepts, hooks and storylines for reels, posts, stories and other social formats.

Create mood boards and creative references for photoshoots and video shoots, including visual direction, styling, props, locations and overall look & feel.

Work closely with the marketing, social media, design, influencer and production teams to execute content.

Stay updated on social media trends, formats, creators, cultural moments and Gen Z/Millennial conversations and identify opportunities for the brands.

Content Strategy & Calendar Execution – Develop and execute monthly content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives. Participate in brainstorms and translate marketing objectives into strong, social-first creative ideas.
