Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage post-sales customer relationships and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams throughout the property buying and handover process. The candidate should have experience in Real Estate CRM, customer handling, documentation, collections coordination, and possession/handover activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sales customer relationships and address customer queries related to property, payments, documentation, and possession.
- Maintain and update customer information, payment details, agreements, and communication records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Construction/Projects, and Documentation teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
- Track payment schedules, installments, outstanding amounts, and collection milestones and follow up with customers.
- Handle customer complaints, requests,



and escalations and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate for agreement registration, demand letters, NOCs, possession letters, and other property-related documents.
- Maintain records of bookings, cancellations, transfers, refunds, and customer requests.
- Prepare regular CRM/MIS reports related to customer queries, collections, pending documents, possession status, and complaints.
- Coordinate with customers during property inspection, possession, and handover.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely updates in the CRM/ERP system.
- Follow company policies and applicable RERA guidelines.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Customer Relationship Management.
- Good knowledge of post-sales CRM processes.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and CRM/ERP software.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments.
