POSITION PURPOSE
A Marketing Manager who both plans and executes responsible for independently formulating marketing strategies and overseeing their end-to-end implementation. The role involves setting goals derived from revenue targets, managing internal and external resources, advertising budgets,
and a specialist team to drive lead-generation-focused marketing campaigns. Working in close alignment with the Sales team, this person will make a direct contribution to the companys growth and profitability.

- Independently develop data-driven marketing strategies based on analysis of past performance and back-calculation from revenue targets
- Define short- and long-term content strategies aligned with business objectives
- Present well-structured proposals that clearly articulate the purpose and objectives of each promotion, and secure budget approval from decision-makers
- Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively within approved parameters
