Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of existing agents to achieve assigned sales budget and expand the customer base.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for agent recruitment, training, and development.
- Oversee daily operations of the retail agency, ensuring productive use of resources and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive general insurance landscape.

Desired Candidate profile :
- Any Graduate
- Min. 1 year of experience in Agency Channel in Insurance
- Experience in GI industry in preferred
- Male /Female will do




- Good Communication Skills
