About the Role
We are looking for a smart, business-oriented HR professional with experience in a startup / scale-up / high-growth environment.

The role will involve a mix of HR Generalist, HRBP and Talent Acquisition responsibilities, working closely with business leaders to build and scale people practices.

Key Responsibilities
- HR Business Partnering & employee lifecycle management
- End-to-end recruitment & talent acquisition
- Workforce planning & talent management
- PMS, engagement & retention
- HR policies, processes & people initiatives
- HR analytics and stakeholder management

Looking For
- 812 years of relevant HR experience
- MBA from a reputed B-School only
- Startup / scale-up / high-growth experience preferred
- Solid HR Generalist + HRBP + Recruitment exposure
- Experience working directly with founders/CXOs/business leaders preferred
- Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills

Not suitable: Pure Plant HR / IR / Payroll / Compliance / TA-only profiles.
