Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations at Namhya Foods. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in HR, with hands-on exposure to hiring, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including JD creation, job postings, and resume screening




- Support initial interview coordination and candidate communication
- Maintain hiring trackers, databases, and documentation
- Assist with basic HR operations, including payroll-related support
- Support employee coordination and day-to-day HR activities

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable
- Able to take ownership and work independently
- Prior HR internship or related experience is a plus
