Roles and Responsibilities :
- Operate printing equipment such as flex machines to produce high-quality prints on various materials like banners, vinyl, and other substrates.
- Monitor production processes to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain quality standards.
- Troubleshoot issues with printing equipment and resolve problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the printing industry.
- Solid knowledge of flexography printing techniques and processes.
- Ability to operate complex machinery such as flex machines safely and efficiently.
