Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with solid hands-on experience in Paid Advertising, Meta Ads, SEO, and Digital Marketing Strategy.

The primary focus of this role will be to plan, execute, monitor, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns, especially across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads. The role will also support our SEO initiatives and overall digital marketing strategy.

Please note: This is primarily a Paid Performance Marketing role. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and lead-generation campaigns is mandatory. Candidates with only SEO or social media management experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Advertising & Meta Ads – Primary Responsibility
- Plan, create, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage lead-generation, conversion, traffic, remarketing, and awareness campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting strategies, including custom, lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate,



and ROAS.
- Manage and optimize daily/monthly advertising budgets.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, copy, placements, and campaign objectives.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actions to improve performance.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, conversion events, and tracking.
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports and communicate key insights.

2. Google Ads & Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns where required.
- Conduct keyword research and develop paid search strategies.
- Optimize campaigns based on conversions, CPL, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
