Job Summary

WebLogic / SOA / Automation. Shift: UK Shift. You will be part of a critical OSS + BSS Transformation Program focused on migrating and modernizing Oracle Communications applications (Siebel 24.x, BRM 12.x, UIM, ASAP, IPSA, ESB, API Gateway, DXP, CMS, BIP) from VMware to an OLVM-based data center, while also setting up a new Disaster Recovery (DR) site. The program spans the complete environment lifecycle: Development- UAT - Production.

Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and manage Oracle WebLogic Server clusters for telecom-grade applications (Siebel, BRM, ESB).
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot SOA components, OSB, and J2EE applications.
- Execute workplace migration, patching, and upgrade scripts across lifecycle environments.
- Manage WebLogic components: JMS queues, Data Sources,



JTA, Threads, Connection Pools, Log rotation, and Performance tuning.
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for WebLogic deployments and environment configuration.
- Support cutover planning, go-live execution, and rollback procedures during application releases and major infra events.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Application, and Infrastructure teams to maintain highly available and resilient middleware platforms.
- Participate in DR setup and testing activities across data centers.
- Create and update operational runbooks, deployment guides, and SOPs.
