1. To provide support and resolve issues via chat and other electronic communication.

2.Good Written communication skills.

3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

4. Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.

5. Multitasking and coordination skills.

6. Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.

Job Details:

1. Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well)

2. 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)

3. Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.

4. Educational certificates are mandatory.

Must be flexible to work from office and work from home

Chat Fixed time Salary : 15k (take-home after deductions)
- FTH -The fixed working will be for a period of 3-4 months, and it is a hybrid process, with a combination of work from home and work from office. During work, you will be provided with two systems and an internet connection.
- You will also be eligible for a retention bonus of 5000 rupees for each month of the contract. Which will be credited upon the completion of your contract.
- Qualification: Intermediate/ 10+3 (Diploma) / Graduation

Experience: 0-2years

Age Criteria: 18yr - 35yr
