About Dropsy

Dropsy is a Government of India recognized startup helping Indian entrepreneurs build international e-commerce businesses through Amazon Global Selling. We work with established Indian brands and provide end-to-end support, including seller account setup, brand authorization, export assistance, and Amazon FBA/FBM solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Connect with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google campaigns, Naukri, and other marketing channels.

Understand customer requirements and explain Dropsy's Amazon Global Selling programs.

Conduct sales consultations via phone calls, WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, or in-person meetings.

Guide prospects through the complete business model and recommend the most suitable program.

Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers.





Maintain accurate lead updates in the CRM.

Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and English.

Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.

Confidence in conducting video meetings and presentations.

Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of e-commerce or Amazon Selling is preferred (training will be provided).

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a quick-paced startup environment.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, or E-commerce.

Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
