Job Description Summary This role is within the Growth Commissions Support Team. The primary responsibility of this role is supporting the Growth team in CPS, providing sales reporting and verifying data in Salesforce to ensure that accurate commission calculations are performed. Key Responsibilities • Ensure robust and timely reporting of sales performance from Salesforce. • Ensure Salesforce is maintained with accurate contract pipeline information. • Reconcile Salesforce records with contract order forms for won contracts. • Maintain accurate gross margin and profitability information in Salesforce. • Validate commission payments to ensure correct payment levels. • Support the calculation of commission payments for current contract wins.



• Drive continuous improvement in reporting for business and stakeholder needs. • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and simplification. • Review, redesign and enhance processes and reports as business needs evolve. • Support investigation of internal audit findings and monitor corrective actions. • Participate in process and system improvement initiatives with stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. • Undertake any additional reporting or activities required by management
