- Handle and respond to daily leads and enquiries received through IndiaMART.
- Call customers and dealers, understand their requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Follow up regularly with enquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Handle existing dealer network across India and generate repeat business.
- Develop current dealers and distributors in assigned markets.
- Share product catalogues, quotations, prices, offers and product details with customers/dealers.
- Maintain regular telephonic and WhatsApp communication with dealers and customers.
- Follow up on quotations, pending orders and payments in coordination with the accounts team.
- Maintain daily records of enquiries, calls, follow-ups, positive leads, cold leads and orders.
- Update sales activities and follow-up status in Excel/CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and dealer-development targets.
- Collect market feedback regarding competitors, pricing, products and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with dispatch and other departments for smooth order execution.Role & responsibilities




- 25 years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Dealer Sales or Business Development.
- Candidates with hands-on experience handling IndiaMART leads will be preferred.
- Experience in dealer/distributor network handling will be an advantage.
- Experience in Power Tools, Machinery, Industrial Equipment, Hardware, Electrical or similar B2B products will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Should be comfortable making regular sales calls and working with sales targets.
- Should be self-motivated, disciplined and result-oriented.
