Role Description
The Principal/Dean – Allied Health Sciences will provide academic and administrative leadership for allied health programs, ensuring high standards in teaching, learning, and assessment. This full-time in office role, based in Durgapur, includes overseeing curriculum development, accreditation and regulatory compliance,



and continuous quality improvement of academic offerings. The role involves supervising faculty and staff, mentoring department heads, and fostering a collaborative, student-centered learning environment. The Principal/Dean will coordinate clinical training and industry partnerships, promote research and innovation, and manage budgets, resources, and strategic planning for the Allied Health Sciences division. Regular interaction with internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies is expected to maintain institutional reputation and alignment with national and regional healthcare education standards.
