Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening & interview coordination

• Candidate sourcing through Naukri, Indeed, referrals & other channels

• Conduct initial telephonic/video screening

• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers

• Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process

Looking for candidates who have:

✅ 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

✅ Strong sourcing and screening skills

✅ Hands-on experience with Naukri / job portals

✅ Good communication and coordination skills

✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment setting
