Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Distributor Sales Executive to manage distributor operations and drive sales growth for Gowardhan products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong distributor relationships, expanding market coverage, and ensuring product availability across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support distributors to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Ensure product availability and visibility in the assigned market.
- Appoint current distributors and expand the dealer network where required.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Execute promotional schemes and merchandising activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and maintain sales records.




- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG distributor/channel sales (Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
