We are looking for a senior Systems Architect to lead the architectural strategy for the new system, anticipate future scaling issues and guide the development team proactively without disrupting ongoing product development.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee the entire development team's architectural direction.

● Evaluate the current database transition (CouchDB vs. Elastic vs. SQL) and design a

robust, high-availability architecture.

● Provide deep expertise across these database environments and cloud architecture to

determine the best long-term path.

● Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions ahead of product growth.

● Ensure architectural improvements keep the current product roadmap safely on track.

Requirements:




- Extensive senior-level experience in systems architecture and cloud infrastructure.
- Deep technical expertise in database management systems, including CouchDB, Elasticsearch, and SQL alternatives.
- Proven track record of designing high-availability data pipelines and resolving scaling bottlenecks.
- Ability to guide and direct development teams effectively without disrupting product schedules

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
