Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales Development Representative (US Market) role based in Navi Mumbai. The person in this role will prospect and qualify leads for US-based B2B clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound channels. Responsibilities include researching target accounts, identifying key decision-makers, generating meetings for account executives,



and maintaining accurate records in CRM and sales enablement tools. The role involves nurturing early-stage opportunities, following up on marketing-generated leads, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and conversion rates. The Sales Development Representative will also track performance metrics, share feedback from the market, and contribute to continuous optimization of outbound campaigns.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills for B2B outbound prospecting.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Sales skills to engage prospects, handle objections, and drive qualified meetings.
