Role & responsibilities

Scope of work:

1. Social Listening Core task is to monitor community chats across all sales areas.

2. Ice Breaker - Engage the top 100 painters/contractors on the community page & revive discussions whenever chats go silent.

3. Ideation - Contribute ideas toward building a BOT/AI for automated communication on topics relevant to painters/contractors both socially & occupationally.
