Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for driving business through the agency channel by managing advisors, ensuring adherence to sales processes, and achieving business targets. Regular reporting and proactive follow-ups will be key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Train advisors regularly on insurance products and sales concepts
- Assist advisors in preparing business plans and achieving targets
- Conduct joint sales calls for client acquisition and retention
- Handle joint calls for Group Insurance business
- Organize and coordinate client engagement activities such as client meets and health camps
- Coordinate with insurance companies for group insurance quotations
- Follow up regularly with advisors for business development




- Communicate contest updates and incentives to advisors in a timely manner
- Ensure activation and productivity of all empanelled advisors
- Maintain daily reporting and follow the defined sales process

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Insurance preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and self-driven

Job Details:
- Employment Type: Full-Time / Walk-In
- Salary: ₹3,50,000 – ₹5,00,000 per year (depending on experience)

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
