Job Description

We are seeking experienced professionals with robust knowledge of payment processing and banking operations. The candidate should be capable of handling complex customer or process-related queries, investigating transaction issues, and ensuring accurate and timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex queries related to payments, transactions, banking products, refunds, disputes, and account-related issues.
- Investigate transaction failures, payment discrepancies, and other process-related concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
- Ensure adherence to process guidelines,



compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and provide timely updates.
- Support junior team members when required.

Requirements
- 1.5 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of payment processing and banking-related processes is mandatory.
- Experience in handling complex customer or transaction-related issues.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.

Pay: Up to ₹598,000.00 per year
