Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience
in Talent Acquisition, IT recruitment, staffing, candidate coordination, or recruitment operations.

Role Summary

We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Associate
to support our IT recruitment activities, with a strong focus on candidate outreach, tele-calling, interview coordination, scheduling, and recruitment follow-ups.

The role will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and Hiring Managers to ensure candidates are contacted promptly, interviews are coordinated efficiently, and recruitment activities are tracked effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective candidates through
phone calls, LinkedIn, job portals, email, and other recruitment channels
.
- Conduct regular
candidate calling, follow-ups, and engagement
for open IT positions.
- Connect with interested candidates and provide an overview of the role, organization, interview process, and next steps.




- Capture basic candidate information including experience, current role, compensation, notice period, location, availability, and interest.
- Coordinate and
schedule interviews with Hiring Managers and interview panel members
.
- Send meeting invitations and ensure candidates are available for scheduled discussions.
- Follow up with candidates before and after interviews.
- Coordinate subsequent interview rounds based on feedback from the hiring team.
- Maintain accurate candidate information in recruitment trackers, ATS, spreadsheets, or internal systems.
- Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
- Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming IT requirements.
- Support offer-stage coordination, documentation collection, and joining follow-ups where required.
- Provide consistent and qualified communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
