Role Description
The Sales And Marketing Specialist role is a part-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the team member will identify and onboard new merchant partners such as restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and grocery stores, presenting the value of ResQbag’s platform and supporting them through setup and early usage.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting local outreach, scheduling and attending meetings with prospects, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, and gathering feedback to improve merchant experience. The role also involves planning and executing city-level growth initiatives, such as localized campaigns, collaborations, and community events to increase platform awareness and user adoption. The team member will work closely with internal teams to share on-ground insights, track key metrics, and ensure sustainable growth in the Bengaluru market.

Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills to engage, negotiate, and support merchant partners and local stakeholders.
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in food, retail, or startup environments.
- Ability to plan and execute city-level growth initiatives,
