Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team to optimize revenue growth, reduce costs, and improve patient satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline medical billing processes, ensuring accurate coding, claims submission, and timely payment collection.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to identify areas for improvement in RCM operations and develop solutions to address these issues.
- Analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as days sales outstanding (DSO), bad debt expense, and accounts receivable aging.
Job Requirements :
- 22-26 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management or related field.
- Solid knowledge of medical billing regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data to drive business decisions.
