Any Degree / Diploma (EC / BE / Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering)

Key Skills & Experience Required

*The candidate should have experience in the following areas:*
- Windows XP Professional support, including operating system troubleshooting, driver installation, and compatibility with industrial applications.
- Network configuration, TCP/IP troubleshooting, and Active Directory domain joining.
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of industrial applications.
- CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance based on production requirements.
- Industrial desktop and industrial PC support, including systems from Portwell and Advantech (fanless PCs).
- Technical support for industrial applications and manufacturing systems.




- Production breakdown support with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application issues efficiently.
- Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) and routine maintenance of industrial PCs and related equipment.
- Manufacturing domain experience preferred.
