Job Purpose

To provide effective coordination and administrative support to the sales team, customers, and logistics team to ensure smooth execution of sales orders, material lifting, documentation, and customer follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Sales Team and customers regarding orders, requirements, and lifting schedules.

Coordinate with the Logistics/Fleet Team for timely arrangement of vehicles and material lifting.

Maintain daily records of customer orders, lifting details, pending requirements, and dispatch status.

Follow up with customers for lifting schedules, required documents, and other operational requirements.

Prepare and maintain sales-related reports, MIS, quotations, invoices, and other documents as required.

Coordinate with the accounts team regarding billing, outstanding payments, and payment follow-ups.

Maintain proper records of customer details, contracts,



work orders, purchase orders, and other related documents.

Follow up with customers for pending payments and update the Sales Head on the status.

Ensure timely communication of customer requirements to the concerned Sales and Logistics teams.

Track the status of ongoing orders and highlight any delays or issues to the reporting manager.

Coordinate internally with Sales, Logistics, Operations, Accounts, and other departments for smooth execution of customer requirements.

Maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales coordination reports and MIS.

Assist the Sales Team in preparing presentations, proposals, quotations, and other sales documents.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales and customer records.

Handle customer calls, emails, and routine queries and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
