About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications. You’ll work on real-world AI products, integrate modern AI models into applications, and take solutions from concept to production.

What You’ll Do
- Build and deploy AI/ML applications for real-world use cases.
- Work with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and AI APIs.
- Develop and optimize AI workflows and model integrations.
- Build backend services and APIs for AI-powered products.
- Work with vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and knowledge retrieval.
- Evaluate model performance, accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing software, databases, and business systems.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to build scalable solutions.
- Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve AI applications in production.

Requirements
- 3+ years of skilled experience in AI/ML,



Machine Learning Engineering, or related software engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI.
- Experience with frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, or equivalent.
- Experience building RAG-based applications and AI agents.
- Good understanding of APIs, databases, and backend development.
- Experience with vector databases and embeddings.
- Understanding of ML concepts, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have
- Experience fine-tuning or working with open-source LLMs.
- Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.
- Experience with AI observability and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience deploying AI applications at scale.
- Knowledge of MLOps / CI-CD.
- Experience building AI products from scratch.
