Mendatory Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment / Contract Staffing.
- Mandatory experience in selling IT workforce/staff augmentation solutions.
- Strong B2B sales, client acquisition and negotiation skills.
- Valuable communication and relationship-management skills.
- Existing IT client network will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire IT clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand client IT hiring requirements and offer suitable staffing solutions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client closure.
- Coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams for requirement fulfillment.
- Achieve business development and revenue targets.
Candidates without IT Staffing/Recruitment industry experience will not be considered.
