Ø Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our loan advisory services.

Ø Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads for Home Loan, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Business Loan.

Ø Schedule appointments and follow up with interested customers.

Ø Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/Excel on a daily basis.

Ø Build positive customer relationships through professional communication.

Ø Coordinate with the Business Development team to ensure timely lead handover.

Ø Achieve daily calling, follow-up, and lead generation targets.

Ø Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company policies.Location: Chennai – Besant Nagar
