Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process bank guarantees and related documentation.
- Prepare invoices and maintain proper billing records.
- Verify and check vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Prepare supplier payment files for processing vendor payments.
- Maintain and organize accounting records and files.
- Perform basic account reconciliation and assist with routine accounting activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers for required documents and payment-related matters.
- Assist the finance team with reporting, audits, and other accounting activities as required.
- Assist senior accountants and finance team with documentation and reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (Freshers are preferred).




- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory. Candidates must have basic accounting knowledge through relevant certification or training.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
