Network Analyst & Technician

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain broadband internet and cable TV networks.
- Troubleshoot internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, router, ONU/ONT and network-related issues.
- Handle GPON/FTTH network troubleshooting and basic OLT/ONU maintenance.
- Attend customer complaints and provide technical support.
- Install, maintain and repair cable TV connections.
- Troubleshoot cable TV signal, cable, splitter, connector and set-top box-related issues.
- Carry out field visits for internet and cable TV complaints.
- Coordinate with technicians and report major network issues.
- Maintain basic records of network equipment and customer complaints.

Qualification
- Any degree is acceptable.
- Diploma/technical qualification in Networking, IT, Electronics or related fields is an added advantage.
- Freshers can apply.




- Previous experience in networking, ISP, broadband or cable TV is an advantage but not mandatory.

Candidate Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computers and networking.
- Valuable troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to perform field work.
- Ability to work independently and with a technical team.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Working Conditions
- 7 days working schedule, based on operational requirements.
- Payment/salary is calculated based on attendance.
- Leave taken on scheduled working days will be treated as Loss of Pay (LOP) and deducted accordingly.
- Candidates should be willing to work on weekends and holidays when required.
