The Role





We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager with 2–4 years of experience to take ownership of our online marketplace business and drive growth across Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant e-commerce platforms.

The role will focus on managing marketplace operations, optimizing product visibility and conversions, driving marketplace advertising and promotions, managing pricing and inventory, and using data to maximize online sales, profitability, and marketplace performance.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Manage seller accounts, catalogues, SKUs, pricing, offers, and product availability.
- Create and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, bullet points, and A+ Content.
- Improve product discoverability, visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, conversions, and sales.
